At AMPHIBIOUS, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise, and we aim to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are:
• Unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
Please note that custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, as clearly stated on their product pages.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us at help.amphibious@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Upon verification, we will:
• Replace the item free of charge, including shipping costs, if the defect is confirmed.
If the issue is unrelated to product quality (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), the shipping cost for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact our support team at help.amphibious@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Our team will provide further instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs (except for defective items) are non-refundable.
International Returns
For international orders, all return shipping fees, customs duties, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
